I was born in the season of winter and as a winter child I particularly tend to feel coldness and darkness of winter. So this year I was guided to aid my inner sun to keep me warm and full of light regardless of the season by nourishing it through herbal blend infusion. Winter Herb Latte is nourishing inner fire, strengthening the energy core and it has calming, protective properties for the body, mind and spirit.
This recipe is based on Truth Calkins and David Wolfe’s technology.
Ingredients
- half a cup/125ml of rice or any other nut milk
- half a cup/125ml of not to strong warm tea; it can be Choco YogiTea / PuErh tea / Gynostemma leaf tea
- 2 tbsp Coconut Manna from Nutiva
- 1/4 tsp 4 Eternals (Ho Sho Wu – to nourish jing and help to cleanse the blood, Astragalus – endurance herb supporting “upright Chi”; nourishes lungs, Rhodiola – helps to reduce stress and adapt to life’s challenges, Shilajit – to boost the power of the other herbs and add minerals)
- 1/4 tsp Reishi Queen of the Medicinal Mushrooms for attunment to intergalactic wisdom
- 1/4 tsp Chaga King of the Medicinal Mushrooms sustains repose of the nerves for mindset development, nourishing the immune system
- 1 to 2 dropper (pump) SuperIonic Concentrated Fulvic Acid aids in renewal allowing nerves to function properly and aids in elimination of toxic waste
- a handful cashews, soaked 8-12 hrs or 1/2 tbsp raw cashew butter / walnut butter
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon helps to balance blood sugar levels
- a pinch of cayenne pepper
Preparation
Pre-soak your cashews. Make the tea of your choice and let it cool down a bit. When it’s ready put everything in the blender and let it blend for a while. There it is! The super winter latte all in one breakfast to nourish the sun, cleanse and support body’s eco system moving us closer to the wholeness of who we are.
