This tea came as inspiration when I ran out of Yogi Choco Spice Infusion, so I decided to make it by myself. It will spice you up on the inside and it is very soothing for digestive system. If you are nervous it will come you down, ground you and at the same time make you blissfully smiling with it’s strong healing properties. You are welcome to tune in into your body needs and play with different spices omitting some depending on your requirements.
Ingredients
- a slice or two of fresh ginger
- cinnamon stick
- cardamom pods, crushed to reveal the seeds
- cloves
- licorice root
- cacao nibs, crushed to reveal their full flavour
- goji berries
- boiling water
Preparation
Pop all the spices and other good stuff in the tea pot and let it brew for 5 – 8 mins.
