Hot Berry Tonic

This drink is my favourite in the morning, especially in the cold winter morning, to wake up the senses and heat up the body.

Ingredients

  • 250-300 ml of your favourite milk (coconut milk, almond milk, rice milk… etc.)
  • 1 heaped tsp Berry Radical by MiEssence (any other red miracle powder or goji berry powder mixed with cacao powder/paste
  • 1 drop Immune Illume Hotberry essential oil by Living Libations
  • 1/2 tsp maca powder (if you are knew to using herbs in your diet I suggest to start with smaller dosage 1/8 tsp and see how does the body respond.)

Preparation

Gently warm up the milk and pour it over all other ingredients. Mix well with the spoon. If it’s not sweet enough for you I suggest adding few drops of stevia, chocolate flavour works best. Adding stevia to adjust the sweetness is far better option then any other sweetener. It is the best option to satisfy your sweet tooth without compromising the ph balance of your blood.
