Life Energy and Evolution – part 1

Today there is still a lack of understanding what drives our lives. The understanding is connected to our own ability to perceive on the path of integration of consciousness. In the integration process we go through different stages and along the way we learn and acknowledge different aspects of the wholeness theory. There is perception and increased awareness of our body and the connection between body and emotions; body and mind; body, mind and spirit.

In this first section we are going to explore the nature of energy transformation in the body.

Body or biological habitat is a one part of energy field. It carries and contains information in our DNA. DNA is a part of genealogy traced back thousands and thousands years ago. It stores every choice our ancestors made, everything that their genes went through, their emotions, their thoughts their stories, lore and fables. This is the Essence, this is what we inherit, this is the Jing. The minute we were born and took a breath the Jing becomes active, rising upon every bodily function we have. Under power of Jing, in lungs we extract Qi from the air. The Jing acts upon the food in the lower energy field, where the large abdominal nerve is located, extracting electromagnetic particles from the food. The extracted energy is known as Grain Qi. Under the influence of spleen Grain Qi moves up into the lungs and merges under the influence of Jing with Air Qi. Qi exits the lungs in two forms, as Ying Qi and Wei Qi. Ying Qi moves through 12 meridian system (meridians are molecular net formations that distribute Qi) and circulates through the blood vessels. Ying Qi is yin in nature as it is nourishing.  Wei Qi is yang in it’s properties. It protects the body and is stored in the tissues between the skin and muscle and in the fatty pockets of the abdomen and thorax.

When Jing and Qi are abundant Shen, the Spirit can shine through and dance with us in Life.

Ancient medicine men and women in the Changbai mountains of northern China developed, roughly 3000 years BC, the concept of Yin and Yang  (Dao/Tao). Yin simplified represents the accumulation and storage of energy, feminine – Dao and Yang represents the use of energy, masculine – Tao. Through these observation of cosmic law they learned and mastered the way to cultivate their energy as their lives were dedicated to nourish their three treasures; Jing (Essence), Qi (Vitality) and Shen (Spirit).
